通过对比观察不同运动量急性运动后及恢复期红细胞免疫功能的变化发现,三种不同运动量急性运动后,RBC-C3bR活性与安静相比显著下降,其下降程度与运动量大小呈正依存关系;运动结束后即转入恢复过程,至运动后3小时,表现为运动量愈大,其恢复速度愈慢,反之亦然。运动后15h均恢复到安静时水平,小运动量运动对RBC-IC花环率影响不大,随着运动量加大,RBC-IC花环率显著增高,45分钟组运动后及恢复期RBC-C3bR花环率和RBC-IC花环率呈现显著负相关关系。
By comparing the changes of erythrocyte immune function after acute exercise and convalescent exercise, we found that RBC-C3bR activity decreased significantly compared with quiet, and the degree of decrease was positively correlated with the amount of exercise.
