硼改性铝磷酸盐与聚乙烯醇PVA复合的有机/无机铸造粘结剂作为造型材料时不仅改善了磷酸盐型砂的吸湿性,同时大大提高了型砂固化后的脱模初强度。讨论了烘干法和吹热空气法两种不同的固化方法对磷酸盐砂强度的影响,在相同的固化时间和温度下,吹热空气法固化后试样比烘干法具有更高的强度。设计正交试验时,选取吹气压力,吹气时间和吹气温度作为吹热空气法的三个因素。试验结果表明,吹气温度和吹气时间是影响较大的因素,吹气压力的影响最小。最优的热空气固化工艺参数是热风温度160℃,吹气时间60 s,吹气压力0.5 MPa。
When the organic / inorganic casting binder of boron-modified aluminum phosphate and polyvinyl alcohol PVA is used as modeling material, not only the hygroscopicity of phosphate sand is improved, but also the initial strength of mold release after curing is greatly improved. The effects of two different curing methods, drying method and blowing hot air method, on the strength of phosphate sand were discussed. Under the same curing time and temperature, the sample after hot air blowing method had higher strength than the drying method . Orthogonal experiment design, select the blowing pressure, blowing time and blowing temperature as the hot air blowing three factors. The test results show that the blowing temperature and blowing time are the major factors, and the blowing pressure has the least effect. The optimum hot air curing process parameters are hot air temperature 160 ℃, air blowing time 60 s, air blowing pressure 0.5 MPa.
