真菌感染随着医学诊疗技术的不断提高,在临床工作中越来越被广大医务人员关注。本研究回顾性分析我院呼吸内科2009年10月至12月入院的肺心病加重期呼吸道真菌感染50例,报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料我院呼吸内科2009年10月至12月肺心病加重期50例住院患者,均符合1977年肺心病会议诊断标准。年龄47～88岁,平均68岁,男性36例,女性14例,病程16～45
