It is an innovative task to carry out the performance appraisal for the operational staff engaged in social and cultural activities in the library. This article discusses the methods of performance appraisal of social and cultural activities staffs explored in the work practice, summarizes the principles of appraisal, and puts forward measures to further improve the performance appraisal.
