目的:通过测定市售三类剂型8种银杏叶制剂总黄酮的含量,比较分析不同剂型不同厂家银杏叶制剂的质量差异。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,使用Hypersil C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-5%磷酸溶液(50∶50),流速为1 m L/min,检测波长为360 nm,柱温为30℃,测定8种银杏叶制剂中槲皮素、异鼠李素、山奈素的含量及总量,并比较其含量差异。结果:市售三类8种不同品牌的银杏叶制剂总黄酮含量均符合标准。片剂中槲皮素含量较高,总黄酮含量较分散片略低;分散片的山奈素含量较高,总黄酮含量相对较高;软胶囊的总黄酮含量相对较低。结论:利用高效液相色谱法测定不同银杏叶制剂总黄酮含量,方法灵敏,操作方便,可以比较分析不同市售银杏叶制剂的质量。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of total flavonoids in eight kinds of Ginkgo biloba preparations of three types of commercially available dosage forms, and to compare the quality differences of different types of ginkgo biloba preparations of different dosage forms. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a Hypersil C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-5% phosphoric acid solution (50:50) at a flow rate of 1 mL / min and a detection wavelength of 360 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The content and total amount of quercetin, isorhamnetin and kaempferol in 8 kinds of Ginkgo biloba preparations were determined, and their contents were compared. Results: The total flavonoids content of Ginkgo biloba preparations of three kinds of commercially available three kinds of eight kinds of different brands are in line with the standard. Tablet quercetin content is higher, the total flavonoids content is slightly lower than the dispersible tablets; dispersible tablets kaempferol content is higher, the total flavonoid content is relatively high; soft capsule total flavonoid content is relatively low. Conclusion: Determination of total flavonoids in different preparations of Ginkgo biloba by high performance liquid chromatography is sensitive and easy to operate. The quality of different preparations of ginkgo biloba can be compared and analyzed.
