HM6232厚膜电路是日立牌 CTP—236D 20英寸彩色电视机的场输出组件。由于其工作电压较高,散热不好,容易损坏。该件在市场上很难买到,而且价格很高。为此,我们萌发了用分立元件制做成具有原功能电路板来代替厚膜电路的设想,并付诸实践,证明代换电路具有3个优点:①性能稳定可靠,使用寿命长,②制做简单;③价格低廉(仅需原件费用的1/3)。
