本文针对高炉重矿渣粗骨料级配不良、吸水率大的问题,提出解决配制泵送的矿渣防水混凝土的技术途径,即通过合理设计配合比,加入减水剂并复合有增强作用的三乙醇胺来改善混凝土拌合物的和易性,减少用水量,增加硬化混凝土密实性,从而达到技术要求。本文还通过该种混凝土首次在鞍钢生物脱酚大型水池的成功应用实例,介绍了对该种混凝土的配制方法。
In this paper, aiming at the problem of poor gradation and high water absorption of blast furnace heavy slag, a technical approach to solve the problem of preparing pumped slag waterproof concrete is proposed. That is, through the rational design of the mix ratio, the water reducing agent is added and the reinforcing triethanolamine is compounded. To improve the workability of concrete mixes, reduce water consumption, and increase the compactness of hardened concrete, so as to meet the technical requirements. In this paper, the successful application example of this kind of concrete for the first time in Angang’s biological dephenolization large water tank was introduced, and the preparation method of this kind of concrete was introduced.
