Section 4.3.1 of the “Code for the Construction and Acceptance of Reinforced Concrete” (GBJ204-83) stipulates that the permissible deviation of concrete raw materials by weight shall not exceed the following requirements: 1. ± 2% of cement and external mixed materials; 2.
