直辖以来,在党中央、国务院坚强领导下,重庆经济社会发展取得巨大成就。但重庆集大城市、大农村、大山区、大库区于一体,城乡区域差距大的状况没有根本改观,仍处在欠发达阶段,属于欠发达地区。深入贯彻落实党的十八大精神,开启实现中国梦的新征程,必须紧密结合重庆实际,着力统筹城乡区域协调发展,扎实推进全面建成小康社会。
Since the municipality was directly under the Central Government and under the strong leadership of the State Council, Chongqing has made tremendous achievements in economic and social development. However, in Chongqing, large cities, large rural areas, large mountainous areas and large reservoir areas are integrated, and the gap between urban and rural areas has not been fundamentally changed. It is still underdeveloped and belongs to the underdeveloped areas. To thoroughly implement the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and open a new course for realizing the Chinese dream must be based on the actual situation in Chongqing in an effort to make overall plans for the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and push forward the building of a well-off society in an all-round way.
