调脂胶囊能降低实验性高血脂鹌鹑血清TG(甘油三酯)和T-ch(总胆固醇)含量,使F-ch(游离胆固醇)和che(胆固醇脂)减少,HDL-C(高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇)升高,LDL-C(低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇)降低。调脂胶囊高剂量组与模型组比TG、T-ch、F-ch分别下降61.9%、16.0%、30.8%,差别均有非常显著性意义(均P<0.01);HDL-C上升35.9%,LDL-C下降23.3%,差别均有显著性意义(均P<0.05)。与多烯康组比较在降低TG和升高HDL-C作用方面明显,差别均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。对T-ch、F-ch、che、LDL-C的影响与多烯康组比较差别均无显著性意义(均P>0.05)。结论:本品对实验性高血脂鹌鹑有显著的降脂、调脂、升高HDL-C和降低LDL-C/HDL-C比值作用。在降TG、升HDL-C方面优于多烯康组。
Tiaozhi capsules can reduce the levels of serum TG (triglyceride) and T-ch (total cholesterol) in experimental hyperlipidemia, reduce F-ch (free cholesterol) and che (cholesterol lipid), and increase HDL-C (high-density lipids). Protein-cholesterol is elevated, and LDL-C (low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol) is decreased. The ratios of TG, T-ch, and F-ch of high-dose TMP capsule groups were decreased by 61.9%, 16.0%, and 30.8%, respectively, and the difference was significant (P<0.01). ); HDL-C increased 35.9%, LDL-C decreased 23.3%, the difference was significant (all P <0.05). Compared with polyene group, it was significant in reducing TG and increasing HDL-C, the difference was significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the effects of T-ch, F-ch, che, and LDL-C compared with the polyene group (all P>0.05). Conclusion: This product has significant lipid-lowering, lipid-regulating, elevated HDL-C and lower LDL-C/HDL-C ratio in experimental hyperlipidemia. In the lower TG, rising HDL-C is better than polyene group.
