随着中国经济和社会发展进入转型的关键时期,企业家的状态决定了企业竞争力水平。为此,上海企业竞争力研究中心组织实施了“2013年度上海企业家现状调查研究”课题。本次调查内容包括企业家对人性的看法及精神追求等主观认识、企业家的管理实践和企业家外部环境三部分。调查发现,大多数企业家认同人性向善,对人的精神境界的评价积极;高授权高监控、高激励高期望是当前企业家最主要的领导风格;对企业经营环境评价呈下降趋势。因此,一方面企业家要不断提高,自我完善;另一方面,政府和社会也要大力为企业家的成长和企业持续发展创造更加安全、有力的支持
As China’s economy and social development have entered a critical period of transition, the state of entrepreneurs determines the level of competitiveness of enterprises. To this end, Shanghai Enterprise Competitiveness Research Center organized and implemented the “2013 Shanghai Entrepreneur Survey and Research” project. The survey includes subjective understanding of entrepreneurship and spiritual pursuit of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial management practices and entrepreneurs’ external environment. The survey found that most entrepreneurs agree that human nature is good, and their evaluation of people’s spiritual realm is positive. High authorization, high monitoring and high incentive expectation are the most important leadership styles of current entrepreneurs. Their evaluation of business environment is in a downward trend. Therefore, on the one hand, entrepreneurs should continuously improve and self-improve. On the other hand, the government and society should also vigorously create more secure and powerful support for the growth of entrepreneurs and the sustainable development of enterprises
