对标管理,起源于上个世纪七十年代,由美国施乐公司首创。对标管理是对企业生产经营活动中的各项投入、产出指标进行分析整理、归纳分类,并从中挑选出重点关键指标,与行业先进企业的先进指标或者本企业的历史最优指标,从外部和内部进行横向、纵向对比,通过查找不足,发现差距,分析原因,制定措施,持续改进,进而达到提高企业核心竞争力的一种有效的管理办法。
