January of this year, there are two new years, one is the New Year’s Day Gregorian calendar, the Lunar New Year’s Day. The lunar calendar was created by our ancestors and has been in use for thousands of years; the Gregorian calendar came from the West, but we used it for a hundred years. Rooted in blood in the sake of it, our feelings for the Spring Festival is much heavier than New Year’s Day, always felt that the Spring Festival was considered a year. But speaking, “New Year ” the word is very new, it touches “New Year’s Day ” as early as “Jin book” there. After Emperor Wudi, New Year’s Day was set as the first day of the first lunar month. Until the Qing Dynasty’s demise, the Republic of China changed the New Year’s Day to the Gregorian calendar. On January 1, there was a new name, the Spring Festival, on the first day of the first month.
