采用“冷轧复合+平整+退火”法复合轧制4A60铝合金/08Al钢。利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察微观组织变化,由显微硬度、拉伸试验和杯突试验测定复合板力学性能。结果表明,轧制复合后08Al钢层组织沿轧制方向呈纤维状分布,在520℃保温24 h条件下退火,08Al钢层发生完全再结晶,铝钢界面未产生Fe2Al5二元脆性相,复合板强度降低、塑性增加,硬度减小,力学性能达到使用要求,确定520℃保温24 h为该轧制制度条件下复合板的最佳退火工艺制度。
Using “cold-rolled composite + formation + annealing” law complex rolling 4A60 aluminum / 08Al steel. The changes of microstructure were observed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The mechanical properties of composite board were determined by microhardness, tensile test and cup test. The results show that the microstructure of 08Al steel after rolling and compounding is fibrous along the rolling direction and annealed at 520 ℃ for 24 h. The recrystallization of 08Al steel does not occur and the binary brittle phase of Fe2Al5 does not occur at the interface of aluminum steel. The strength of the board is reduced, the plasticity is increased, the hardness is reduced, and the mechanical properties are met. The optimal annealing process for the composite board under the rolling system condition is determined by holding at 520 ° C for 24 hours.
