一台TY220型推土机的传动系统多次发生液压阀卡滞故障。其中转向溢流阀、制动分流阀各卡住两次;变速液压控制随动阀卡住一次;转向滑阀和速度滑阀因卡滞而操纵沉重。当拆检、清洗这些阀时,发现阀体、阀芯(阀芯内的小活塞和分流活塞等)的配合表面全部变黑,即形成积炭层且有小坑与划伤。这是一种典型的穴蚀现象,是因水分或空气侵入液压系统引起的。
A TY220-type bulldozer hydraulic system hydraulic valve stuck many failures. Among them, the steering relief valve and the brake diverter valve are jammed twice; the variable-speed hydraulic control servo valve is stuck once; the steering slide valve and the speed slide valve are heavily manipulated due to the stagnation of the fuel tank. When disassembling and cleaning these valves, it is found that the mating surfaces of the valve body, the valve core (the small piston in the valve core and the shunt piston, etc.) are all black, that is, the carbon deposition layer is formed and pits and scratches are formed. This is a typical pitting phenomenon caused by intrusion of moisture or air into the hydraulic system.
