节能目标10个2013年1月4日,国家发改委网站公布各地区2011年度节能目标完成情况和节能措施落实情况。超额完成的地区有北京、天津、河北、山西、上海、山东、河南、湖北、四川、贵州10个省(市);完成的地区有吉林、黑龙江、安徽、湖南、广西、重庆、云南、陕西8个省(区、市);完成了年度节能目标但落后于“十二五”节能目标进度的地区有内蒙古、辽宁、江苏、福建、江西、广东6个省(区);未完成的地区有浙江、海南、甘肃、青海、宁夏、新疆6个省(区),其中青海因玉树地震灾害的影响未完成年度节能目标。
