采用有限元软件仿真分析了弹簧碰撞塑性应变特性及材料模型对塑性应变和当量应力的影响。建立弹簧模型,假定弹簧材料不变,使用不同速度的撞击物撞击弹簧,撞击物模型分别选用刚体模型和动塑性模型,分析塑性应变的产生原因。仿真结果表明了刚体模型和动塑性模型对塑性应变及最大当量应力的影响,对碰撞仿真过程中材料模型的选取具有指导意义。
The finite element software was used to simulate the effects of plastic strain and equivalent stress on the plastic strain and equivalent stress of the spring impact. The spring model is established. Assuming that the spring material is constant, the impact velocity of the spring is used at different velocities. The rigid impact model and the dynamic plastic model are selected respectively to analyze the causes of plastic strain. The simulation results show the influence of the rigid body model and the dynamic plasticity model on the plastic strain and the maximum equivalent stress, which is of guiding significance for the material model selection in the process of collision simulation.
