2014年,湘煤集团街洞矿业有限公司的职工群众都不难发现,今年的困难帮扶活动较往年有了很大的变化。大家经常看到公司党委书记、工会主席李和平的身影出现在各个家属小区,原来李书记是在深入走访调查困难职工家庭的情况。在走访过程中,李书记挨家挨户详细地询问大家的生活状况,还有哪些困难需要工会帮忙,他真心希望大家的生活越来越美好。
