目的结合开展医院管理年活动,通过调查分析,了解掌握医院管理和服务的现状,思考和探讨如何进一步提高医院的文明建设水平。方法重点依照《医院管理评价指南(试行)》,随机向门急诊、住院病人以及医院各类岗位职工发放调查问卷,同时,组织召开各类人员座谈会、个别访谈等进行调研。结果对开展医院管理年活动,医院领导重视,职工支持,思想认识统一;医院管理和建设成效显著,但少数环节工作还有待进一步加强;医院服务规范诚信,但与社会需求的发展还有待于进一步相适应。结论要积极推动医院政治文明建设;以坚持和围绕“科学发展观”为原则,大力推进医院物质文明建设;以树立和倡导“社会主义荣辱观”为基础,不断拓展和加强医院精神文明建设。
Objective To combine the annual activities of hospital management, through investigation and analysis, to understand the current status of hospital management and services, and to consider and explore how to further improve the level of civilization in hospitals. Methods According to the “Hospital Management Evaluation Guidelines (Trial)”, questionnaires were randomly distributed to outpatient and emergency patients, inpatients, and employees of various positions in hospitals. At the same time, various types of personnel seminars and individual interviews were organized to conduct research. As a result, the annual hospital management activities, hospital leadership attention, staff support, and ideological understanding are unified; hospital management and construction have achieved remarkable results, but a few aspects of the work have yet to be further strengthened; hospital services are standardized and faithful, but the development of social needs remains to be furthered. Conclusion It is necessary to actively promote the construction of hospital political civilization; to adhere to and focus on the principle of the “scientific outlook on development”, vigorously promote the construction of hospital material civilization; based on the establishment and advocacy of the “socialist concept of honor and disgrace”, continue to expand and strengthen the hospital spiritual civilization.
