针对我国油田开发进入中后期后,受地层条件和自然产能的影响,储采不平衡的矛盾越来越突出,在多层合采时,存在着较为严重的层间干扰问题,要想使这类油层多产油,必须设法消除层间干扰,分层采油是目前解决层间干扰的技术。本文介绍了一种双油层气液合采抽油泵,两层产出液体分别进各自独立的进、排液机构,各油层压力系统相互独立避免了层间干扰。设计了下层液体排气通道,解决了气体对泵工况的影响,提高了单井产能,为“三低”油田解决实际生产难题。
Due to the influence of stratum conditions and natural productivity, the contradiction between storage and production imbalances has become more and more prominent. In the case of multi-layer mining, there is a serious problem of interlayer interference. To make this happen, Oil-based oil-bearing production, must try to eliminate inter-layer interference, stratified oil production is the technology to solve the interlayer interference. In this paper, a double-layer gas-liquid combined recovery pumping unit is introduced. The two layers of liquid are separately fed into and discharged from each other. Each reservoir pressure system independently avoids interlayer interference. The lower liquid exhaust passage was designed to solve the influence of gas on the working conditions of the pump and improve the productivity of single well so as to solve practical production problems for the “three low” oilfields.
