报道100例食管瘤手术切除新鲜标本组织的DNA含量和细胞周期的流式细胞光度分析。结果显示癌细胞DNA非整倍体(AN)检出率为70.7%,细胞增殖指数(PI)为(20.79.1)%(xS);非整倍体肿瘤S期细胞比例和PI显著高于二倍体肿瘤(P<0.05和P<0.01)。食管癌AN与肿瘤细胞分化和局部淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05和P<0.01)。食管癌流式细胞的DNA含量和细胞周期的分析在揭示肿瘤恶性生物学行为、指导临床治疗方面具有重要的意义。
The flow cytometric analysis of the DNA content and cell cycle of 100 fresh esophageal tumor resection specimens was reported. The results showed that the DNA detection rate of aneuploidy (AN) was 70.7%, the cell proliferation index (PI) was (20.79.1)% (xS), and the ratio of S-phase cells in aneuploid tumors was PI was significantly higher than diploid tumors (P<0.05 and P<0.01). Esophageal carcinoma AN was closely related to tumor cell differentiation and regional lymph node metastasis (P<0.05 and P<0.01). The analysis of DNA content and cell cycle of esophageal cancer flow cells is of great significance in revealing malignant biological behavior of tumors and guiding clinical treatment.
