在传统的建筑结构中,明框架梁、次梁和承重制约了建筑物的净空,千篇一律的间隔,禁锢了建筑的美感,压抑的空间,使用功能的局限,促使工程师们想办法打破常规的制约——实现建筑的大开间,无梁或者少梁、隔声、隔热、灵活分隔,由此诞生了一项新技术,即现浇混凝土空心楼盖。本文综合阐述了“现浇混凝土空心楼盖结构体系”的受力机理、设计要点、使用范围、及相比其它楼盖体系的优点。结合对实际项目的设计,说明该技术是一种性能价格比优越、受力明确合理的结构体系,具有巨大的社会经济价值。
In the traditional building structure, the frame beam, the secondary beam and the load-bearing restrict the clearance of the buildings, and the regular intervals imprison the beauty of the building, the space depressing and the limitation of using the functions, prompting the engineers to find ways to break the conventional restriction - The realization of the bays, no beams or less beams, sound insulation, thermal insulation, flexible separation, resulting in a new technology, namely, cast-in-place concrete hollow floor. This paper comprehensively expounds the stress mechanism, design points, scope of application, and the advantages compared with other floor systems in the cast-in-place concrete hollow floor structure system. Combined with the design of the actual project, it shows that the technology is a kind of structural system with superior performance-price ratio and reasonable stress, which has great socio-economic value.
