21世纪知识经济时代已经来临,联合国教科文组织预测,“21世纪是创新教育的世纪”。国际教育界认为,知识经济时代教育的主题是实施创新教育,培养创新型人才。创新教育是素质教育的核心内容,这是时代发展赋予素质教育的深刻内涵,也是素质教育适应知识经济时代对创新人才培养要求的必经之路。创新教育的根本途径是优化课程教育教学过程、根据学生的心理发展趋势进行的诱发性教育。
The 21st century era of knowledge economy has come, UNESCO predicts that “the 21st century is the century of innovation education.” The international education community believes that the theme of education in the era of knowledge-based economy is to implement innovative education and cultivate innovative talents. Innovative education is the core content of quality education, which is the profound connotation of quality education given by the development of the times. It is also the only way for quality education to meet the requirements of training innovative talents in the era of knowledge economy.
