辽宋关系在中国古代民族关系史中极具典型性和特殊性,其中最具特色的是辽宋交聘制度的建立和实施,辽宋关系的重要内容就是围绕着这一主线进行的。它不仅使辽宋睦邻友好关系维系百年之久,而且对辽宋双方政治、经济、文化产生了重大影响,为后世正确处理民族关系提供了许多有益的借鉴经验。因此,史家对此进行了诸多探讨和研究,对于我们更加清晰地认识辽宋关系的实质及其所实施的政治、经济、文化政策有很大的补益。但对辽宋实现首次交聘的背景、目的、对外政策等方面的研究尚显不足,本文试图从上述诸方面较为详细地分析辽宋是如何实现首次交聘的?它的实现对以后的辽宋关系有何影响,即辽宋首次交聘中存在着哪些决定以后辽宋战和关系的重要因素?等等。希求这些分析能对辽宋关系史的研究有所启迪。
The relationship between the Liao and Song Dynasties was very typical and particular in the history of ancient Chinese ethnic relations. The most distinctive feature of the relationship between the Liao and Song dynasties was the establishment and implementation of the diplomatic system in Liao and Song dynasties. The important content of the relations between the Liao and Song Dynasties revolves around this main line. It not only maintains the good neighborly relations between Liao and Song for centuries, but also has a significant impact on the politics, economy and culture of both sides of the Liao and Song dynasties and provides many useful experiences for handling the ethnic relations in the future. Therefore, the historians conducted many discussions and studies on this issue, which greatly benefits us in realizing the essence of the Liao-Song relations more clearly and the political, economic and cultural policies they implement. However, there is still not enough research on the background, purpose and foreign policy of the first employment of Liao and Song dynasties. This paper tries to analyze in detail how Liao and Song drew their first job offer from the above aspects. What is the relationship between the Song and Song, that is, what are the important factors in the war and relations between the Liao and Sung since the decision of the Liao and Song dynasties’ first engagement? I hope these analyzes can give some enlightenment to the research on the history of Liao and Song relations.
