探索一种合理、经济、高效地处理和解决医疗纠纷,已成为现代医院管理工作的热点和难点。自2006年6月至2009年5月3年间,宝山区医疗事故技术鉴定办公室,以“医疗咨询”的方式处理管辖区域内24所医院内发生的76例突发性重大医疗纠纷。本文分析了现行医疗纠纷处理方法的局限性,讨论了开展“医疗咨询”的优越性,为和谐、快速处理医疗纠纷提供了一种方式。
To explore a reasonable, economical and efficient treatment and resolution of medical disputes has become a hot and difficult point in modern hospital management. From June 2006 to May 2009, Baosteel Medical Accident Identification Office handled 76 sudden and major medical disputes in 24 hospitals in its jurisdiction by means of “medical consultation”. This article analyzes the limitations of current medical dispute resolution methods and discusses the superiority of conducting “medical consultation” to provide a way for treating medical disputes in a harmonious and rapid manner.
