本文对 VC473中 HT812铝传动轮的磨损进行了实验分析。实验结果表明,采用镍磷合金镀层的铝传动轮在经过350℃重结晶热处理后其耐磨性能优于铝合金阳极氧化表面,其具有诱人的工业使用前景。文中对这一结果同时进行了分析与讨论。
In this paper, VC473 in HT812 aluminum transmission wheel wear experimental analysis. The experimental results show that the wear resistance of aluminum wheel with Ni-P coating is better than that of anodized aluminum surface after recrystallization heat treatment at 350 ℃, which has attractive industrial application prospect. The article analyzes and discusses this result at the same time.
