我国的精神文明建设,随着改革、开放的发展,不断兴旺发达。单就各种报刊来说,就如同雨后春笋一般增长,令人目不暇接。在陆上石油战线也同样如此,近十年创办的报刊是以前的十几倍、几十倍。在一派繁花似锦的百花园中也有政工的一枝花,这就是《石油政工研究》。说它似花,是因为这份期刊诞生于1984年,历经10年,越办越好,越来越美;说它似花,是因为它植根于石油政工干部沃土之中又服务于广大政工干部,恰似“落红不是无情物,化作春泥更护花”。
