一般认为,二价铬的化合物是无毒的,三价铬具有生理作用,是人体必需的微量元素,参与正常糖代谢过程,对胰岛素的利用有促进作用.而六价铬有毒理作用,铬酸盐或六价铬化合物能刺激并对所有组织有毒,六价铬化合物与致癌可能有一定关系.为了解六价铬在体内的吸收、分布和排出,了解铬在体内清除情况,为进一步研究铬的毒理作用提供依据,用放射性铬进行了本实验研究.
