[目的]用TK6人类淋巴母细胞彗星试验评价两种保健食品的致突变和抗突变作用,为其安全性及保健功能的进一步开发提供依据。[方法]2种样品分别设阴性/溶剂对照、阳性对照、抗突变对照组,以及致突变组和抗突变各4个剂量组,处理细胞4h后按常规方法进行彗星分析。[结果]2种样品的致突变试验结果均为阴性,而抗突变试验则表现为阳性。[结论]两种保健食品均无诱导DNA损伤的作用,并可拮抗K2Cr2O7/MMC造成的DNA损伤。 [Objective] To evaluate the mutagenic and anti-mutagenic effects of two kinds of health foods by TK6 human lymphoblastoid comet assay and provide the basis for its further development of safety and health-care functions. [Methods] Negative / solvent control, positive control, anti-mutation control group and four dose-dependent mutagens and anti-mutation groups were respectively set in the two samples. After treated for 4 hours, the comets were analyzed by conventional methods. [Results] The mutagenicity test results of both samples were negative, but the anti-mutation test showed positive. [Conclusion] The two health food products had no effect on inducing DNA damage and could antagonize DNA damage caused by K2Cr2O7 / MMC.
