[目的]观察高糖高脂饮食对新西兰兔肾功能的影响。[方法]将20只雄性新西兰兔随机分为2组,10只饲以基础饲料为对照组;10只饲以高糖高脂饲料为模型组。每月末测空腹血糖、甘油三酯(TG)、肌酐(Cr)和尿素(UREA)水平,5个月后测尿糖、尿蛋白和β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG),并进行对氨基马尿酸清除率和酚红(PSP)排泄试验。[结果]与对照组相比,模型组动物1个月后即出现高TG血症,3个月后血糖升高,5个月后出现尿糖、微量白蛋白和NAG升高,对氨基马尿酸清除率和酚红排泄率下降,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01),而血、尿Cr、UREA未见升高(P﹥0.05)。[结论]高糖高脂饲料对新西兰兔具有肾毒性,可导致肾功能损伤。
[Objective] To observe the effect of high-sugar and high-fat diet on kidney function of New Zealand rabbits. [Method] Twenty male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into two groups, 10 fed basal diet as control group and 10 fed high glucose and high fat diet as model group. Fasting blood glucose, triglyceride (TG), creatinine (Cr) and urea (UREA) were measured at the end of each month. Urine sugar, urinary protein and β-N-acetylglucosaminidase (NAG) P-aminomalanine clearance and phenol red (PSP) excretion tests. [Results] Compared with the control group, the animals in the model group showed hypercholesteremia after one month, and the blood sugar increased three months later. Urine sugar, microalbumin and NAG increased after five months. Uric acid clearance and phenol red excretion rate decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01), while blood, urine Cr, UREA did not increase (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] The high-sugar and high-fat feed had nephrotoxicity on New Zealand rabbits, which could lead to renal dysfunction.
