人性化管理理论是一门在西方得到普遍实践的管理理论,是重视组织内外最重要资源——人的管理理论。本文介绍了人性化管理的含义,并对将其应用于学报编辑部管理中的必要性和方法进行初步阐析。
Humanized management theory is a management theory widely practiced in the West and a management theory of man, the most important resource inside and outside the organization. This article introduces the meaning of humane management and analyzes the necessity and method of applying humane management to journal editorial department.
