目的探讨膀胱移行细胞癌(TCC)中p27和Ki-67的表达与膀胱癌细胞增殖的关系。方法用鼠抗人p27单克隆抗体及Ki-67抗原单克隆抗体对79例膀胱移行细胞癌和30例癌旁组织进行免疫组化染色。结果TCC中p27表达明显减少,Ki-67指数(Ki-67 LI)明显增高;且p27表达与Ki-67指数(Ki-67 LI)、肿瘤病理分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移呈负相关。结论p27和Ki-67 LI从细胞生长抑制和增殖活性两个不同的侧面反映了肿瘤细胞的侵润能力,联合检测p27和Ki-67 LI对预测膀胱癌的的生物学行为及预后具有重要的意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of p27 and Ki-67 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) and the proliferation of bladder cancer cells. Methods 79 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 30 cases of paracancerous tissues were stained immunohistochemically with mouse anti-human p27 monoclonal antibody and Ki-67 antigen monoclonal antibody. Results The expression of p27 was significantly decreased and the Ki-67 index (Ki-67 LI) was significantly increased in TCC. The expression of p27 was negatively correlated with Ki-67 LI, tumor pathological grade, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis. Conclusions Both p27 and Ki-67 LI reflect the invasion ability of tumor cells from two different aspects of cell growth inhibition and proliferation activity. The combination of detection of p27 and Ki-67 LI is of great importance in predicting the biological behavior and prognosis of bladder cancer significance.
