病历摘要年龄小于12岁组3例,1例为不明原因的双侧手足背部重度浮肿8天;2例为智能低下,发育迟缓;13～18岁组除1例因身材矮小、发育迟缓外,其余以及≥19岁组均为原发性闭经。身高:新生儿(8天)1例身长42cm,5岁1例83cm,9岁1例105cm,其余15例年龄在13～30岁身高在104～141cm。18例的体征按序排列为:身材矮小18例,第二性征缺如15例,后发际低13例,肘外翻7例,黑色素痣6例,蹼颈5
