本文提出的梯度寻优-线性展开算法,可从电子器件低频噪声频谱中提取得到1/f噪声、g-r噪声和白噪声的全部6个谱成分参数值。将该方法成功地用于半导体器件低频噪声谱成分分析,表明其具有广泛的收敛性和较高的拟合精度。
The gradient optimization-linear expansion algorithm proposed in this paper can extract all 6 spectral component parameters of 1 / f noise, g-r noise and white noise from low frequency noise spectrum of electronic devices. The method is successfully applied to the low-frequency noise spectral components of semiconductor devices, indicating that it has a wide range of convergence and high fitting accuracy.
