目的对心肌肌钙蛋白在急性心肌梗死诊断中的作用予以分析和探讨。方法将2013年1月~2015年12月期间于我院进行治疗的急性心肌梗死患者42例作为观察组,42例健康人作为对照组。对观察组采用心肌肌钙蛋白进行动态观察。对两组各个时段的血清水准进行对比,分析心肌肌钙蛋白在急性心肌梗死诊断中的作用。结果观察组在三个时间段内的血清水平都明显高于对照组,且P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论心肌肌钙蛋白在急性心肌梗死诊断中极为敏感、特异性高、为急性心肌梗死的前期诊断提供了可靠的依据,检测方法简单有效,值得我们在临床上进一步的推广和使用。
Objective To analyze and discuss the role of cardiac troponin in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction. Methods 42 patients with acute myocardial infarction who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected as the observation group and 42 healthy people as the control group. The observation group using cardiac troponin dynamic observation. Serum levels of the two groups were compared at different time points to analyze the role of cardiac troponin in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction. Results The serum levels of the observation group in three time periods were significantly higher than those in the control group, and P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Cardiac troponin is extremely sensitive and specific in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction. It provides a reliable basis for the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction. The detection method is simple and effective, which deserves further clinical application.
