绞股蓝皂苷为绞股蓝的主要活性成分,属于达玛烷型四环三萜,其在药材中含量高、容易获得,主要生物活性体现在抗肿瘤、降血糖、降血脂、心脑血管保护等方面。绞股蓝皂苷易受酸、碱、酶的影响而降解,水解后不仅脱去糖生成次级苷,而且苷元的结构也会发生变化。查阅近年来国内外文献并进行归纳总结,综述绞股蓝皂苷水解产物化学结构与药理作用的研究进展,为寻找结构新颖、活性更强的先导化合物提供参考。
