结节病又名类肉瘤病(Sarcoidosis),Boeck氏肉样瘤。是一种病因不明的系统性肉芽肿性疾病。近年来,我国报道病例有增多趋势。我院曾收治5例,现报告如下。一、临床资料: (一)5例中男性4例,女性1例。初次就诊年龄在20岁上下者4例,1例为42岁。 (二)病变部位及特点:患者主诉常为颌面部无痛性包块逐渐增大。包块位于颌后,颈侧部呈多个大结节隆起者2例,颌下,颌后部单个结节者2例,颏下部多个结节者1例。结节直径由1～4cm不等。术前
Sarcoidosis is also known as Sarcoidosis, Boeck's sarcoma. Is an unknown systemic granulomatous disease. In recent years, there are increasing trends in reported cases in our country. Our hospital had admitted 5 cases, report as follows now. First, the clinical data: (a) 5 cases of male 4 cases, 1 female.
