对 6 0U74普通钢轨使用后的表面变形层组织与性能进行了分析。结果表明 ,钢轨运行约 3a(年 )后 ,在其表面形成约 4 0~ 70 μm的白层 ,组织为过饱和碳的α Fe ,晶粒显著细化 ,达到4 0nm ,同时钢轨表面的显微硬度比心部高 2倍以上 ;次表面为变形的片状珠光体组织 ,片状碳化物发生碎化 ,硬度也有一定的提高。
The microstructure and properties of the surface deformation layer of 60U74 common rail were analyzed. The results show that when the rail runs for about 3 years, a white layer of about 40 ~ 70 μm is formed on the surface of the rail. The microstructure of the rail is α Fe, which is supersaturated carbon. The grain size is significantly refined to 40 nm. The microhardness is more than 2 times higher than that of the heart. The sub-surface is deforming lamellar pearlite, and the flaky carbides are fragmented and the hardness is also increased to some extent.
