很多人都是体育迷,足球赛、网球赛、世界杯、奥运会……尤其有中国选手的比赛,更加吸引人。但是,很多在国外举行的项目直播时都是在我国的半夜,这个时候才恍然大悟,哦,原来是有时差的。那既然有时差就要熬夜看比赛了。其实我想说这份爱体育的热情真的很难得,但是作为健康杂志,我要说:熬夜真的很伤身体。
