为了研究、学习并推广使用电算整编水文资料通用程序,自十月七日至十二月五日在北京举办了研习班。我国用电子计算机整编水文资料,自1979年以来,发展很快。但整编程序不统一,不利于交流,不利于优化与提高,因而1979年开始组织力量编制通用程序,至今已完成了降水、水位、流量、含沙量等通用程序。这次研习班共有学员80余名,分为甲、乙两班,乙班在学习通用程序前先补习了电算方面的基础知识。通过研习班学习,学员都有较大收获,回到各单位后,将会对本单位的电算整编工作发挥积极的作用。
In order to study, learn and promote a common program of using computerized reorganization of hydrological data, a seminar was held in Beijing from October 7 to December 5. Our computer-aided reorganization of hydrological data has grown rapidly since 1979. However, the reorganization procedure is not uniform, not conducive to communication, is not conducive to optimization and improvement, and thus began to organize the organization of common procedures in 1979, has completed the precipitation, water level, flow, sediment and other common procedures. There are more than 80 trainees in this seminar, which are divided into A and B classes. The B class tutored the basic knowledge of computing before learning the general procedure. Through study classes, students have a greater harvest, back to the units, will be the unit’s computer integration work to play an active role.
