社区卫生服务能力的提高离不开全科医生的培养,为基层医疗卫生服务机构培养专业素养过硬的全科医学团队,已成为解决城乡医疗资源不均衡,老百姓看病难、看病贵的重要方法之一。针对社区全科医生的特点和多岗位特征,社区医疗机构要加强对全科医生的自身建设。而目前社区全科医生存在任职方向的多样性,全科医生培训并不对接到社区卫生服务中心各岗位的具体能力要求,以及缺乏相应的社区全科医生综合能力评估体系。马陆社区近年来注重人才队伍的培养,不断加强人才队伍建设,制定了相应的对策。
