将统计学、数学相关分析及工程控制论应用到转炉炼钢工艺参数控制和数据处理上。把数学分析与炼钢理论结合起来,获得了各工艺参数、炉衬材质与炉龄之间的当量关系,从而建立了攀钢炉龄的数学模型,根据本模型对影响炉龄的因素进行控制,4年内已使攀钢炉龄每年以10%的速率递增,增加了转炉产钢能力。
The statistics, mathematical analysis and engineering control theory applied to the converter steelmaking process parameters control and data processing. By combining mathematical analysis with steelmaking theory, the equivalent relationship among process parameters, lining material and furnace age was obtained, and then a mathematical model of furnace age of Pangang was established. According to this model, the factors affecting furnace age were controlled, 4 years has made Panzhihua Furnace furnace annual rate of 10% increase, increasing the converter steel production capacity.
