感谢大会和日本主人给予我这样一个发言机会,我心里十分高兴。事情总算开始了,也许还不是太晚。中国人终于第一次正式走进了IBBY的会场,和大家坐在一起讨论有关儿童书的种种问题。我们几个人将好好利用这个开始,了解世界上的同行们,同时也让大家了解我们。我很想做好这个发言,至少不要让你们在听我的话的时候都打起瞌睡来。可是我没有信心。我这个人可能是中国人里面最笨的一个。我时常做一些蠢事。当我自己能够明白过来的时候,每每要等到二十年以后,甚至三十年以后。我不大了解别国这是容易理解 I am very pleased to thank the General Assembly and the Japanese host for giving me such a chance to speak. Things finally started, maybe not too late. For the first time, the Chinese finally walked into IBBY’s venue and sat together to discuss various issues concerning children’s books. We several people will make good use of this start to understand the world’s colleagues, but also let us know about us. I really want to make this statement, at least do not let you sleepy when listening to me. But I do not have confidence. This person is probably the most stupid of Chinese people. I often do something stupid. When I can understand it, I often have to wait for twenty or even thirty years from now. I do not understand other countries which is easy to understand
