大家好: 来参加这个会议,我很高兴。我想讲两点:第一点,住宅设施这个行业是从房地产业开始的,从房地产出发,带动了住宅设施行业的发展。从我们国家来讲,到现在城镇居民居住面积即使达到了人均十几平方米水平,但还是不高的,还有一个很长的发展时期。因此,我国的住宅设施行业也还是方兴未艾,前景非常好的,这是根本的问题。发展是不均衡的,我们国家几十年来的历史就是这样,发展一段,就必须加以调整是必然的,对我们住宅设施这个行业来讲,也是这样。随着居住水平的提高,住宅设施还要不断的更新。美国大约十年左右一个周期就要更新一次,智能化,技能化,现代化等等。所以住宅设施这个行业还要发展,这是总的趋势。
Hi everyone: I am very happy to attend this conference. First of all, I would like to make two points. First, the industry of residential facilities starts from the real estate industry. From the perspective of real estate, it has driven the development of the residential facilities industry. From our country, the living area of urban residents is still not high even though it has reached a level of more than 10 square meters per capita, and there is still a long period of development. Therefore, China’s residential facilities industry is still in the ascendant and the prospect is very good. This is a fundamental issue. The development is uneven. The history of our country has been that for decades. It is inevitable that we must make some adjustments in the course of development. This is true for the industry in our residential facilities. With the improvement of living standards, residential facilities should be constantly updated. The United States will have to renew once in a decade or so. Intelligence, skill, modernization and so on. Therefore, the development of residential facilities in this industry also, this is the general trend.
