A dual pulse generator for high-precision TDC testing is presented. The generator provides the start and stop pulses required by TDC. The time interval between two pulses is 14-bit with a time jitter of less than 1 3 ps , Different jumpers can be used to select different dynamic ranges (200, 500, 1 0 0 0, 2 0 0 0 ns).
