第一章总则第一条为了加强统计管理,有效地、科学地组织统计工作,保障统计资料的准确性和及时性,充分发挥统计在了解省情省力、指导国民经济和社会发展中的重要作用,根据《中华人民共和国统计法》,结合本省实际,制定本条例。第二条凡在本省行政区域内的国家机关、社会团体、企业事业组织、个体工商户,以及本省在省外、国外的企业事业组织等统计调查对象,均须遵守本条例。 Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to strengthen statistical management, effectively and scientifically organize statistical work, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of statistical data, and give full play to the important role of statistics in understanding the national conditions and guiding efforts in national economy and social development , In accordance with the “Statistical Law of the People’s Republic of China”, with the actual province, the enactment of this Ordinance.
