目的建立早期梅毒、潜伏期梅毒特异性和敏感性很高的的新的检测方法。方法用腹股沟淋巴结针吸穿刺结合PCR的分子诊断以及用分子生物学的技术重组抗Tnp47的ELISA方法对早期梅毒、潜伏期梅毒以及非梅毒患者进行检测。结果腹股沟淋巴结针吸穿刺结合PCR分子诊断对早期梅毒、潜伏期梅毒特异性和敏感性均为100%;抗Tnp47ELISA的免疫学诊断方法可达83.3%,特异性为100%。结论腹股沟淋巴结针吸穿刺结合PCR分子诊断和抗Tnp47的免疫学诊断可作为对早期梅毒、潜伏期梅毒的新的、有用的实验方法。
Objective To establish a new detection method of early syphilis, latent period syphilis specificity and high sensitivity. Methods The diagnosis of early diagnosis of syphilis, latent syphilis and non-syphilis were performed with the molecular diagnosis of inguinal lymph node needle aspiration combined with PCR and the molecular techniques of recombinant anti-Tnp47 ELISA. Results The diagnosis and diagnosis of syphilis with latent syphilis were both 100% and 100%, respectively. The diagnostic method of anti-Tnp47 ELISA was 83.3% and the specificity was 100%. Conclusion The diagnosis of inguinal lymph node needle aspiration combined with PCR and the immunological diagnosis of anti-Tnp47 can be used as new and useful experimental methods for early syphilis and latent syphilis.
