制造业服务化是当前产业结构转型的热点,制造业在传统因素的基础上日趋融合服务因素。本文通过分析制造业服务化的现状、特征及动力机制,来探究该过程存在的主要问题及改进方向。质量歧视是推进制造业服务化过程的重大问题之一,通过构建质量歧视模型来进一步探究造成这个问题的原因及对企业、消费者的福利影响。研究结果表明,企业对于有较高质量要求的消费者提供社会最优质量,对质量要求较不重要的消费者提供低于社会最优水平的质量。
The service of manufacturing industry is a hot spot in the transformation of the current industrial structure. Manufacturing industry is becoming increasingly integrated with service factors on the basis of traditional factors. This article explores the major problems and the direction of improvement in this process by analyzing the status quo, characteristics and driving forces of manufacturing service. Quality discrimination is one of the major issues in advancing the service-oriented manufacturing industry. By building a quality discrimination model, we can further explore the causes of the problem and its impact on the welfare of enterprises and consumers. The results show that enterprises provide consumers with higher quality requirements with the highest social quality, and those with less important quality requirements provide lower quality than the social optimum.
