预防血栓复发或再形成是减少心脑血管事件的根本措施。低分子肝素是临床上广泛使用的抗凝血药物,具有抗凝、抗栓、抗动脉粥样硬化等功能,主要通过抑制凝血酶的生成而发挥作用,具有明显的溶解血栓的作用。我院自2000年9月～12月对30例病人腹壁皮下注射低分子肝素出现皮下瘀斑的情况进行了分析总结。
Prevention of thrombosis relapse or re-formation is the fundamental measure to reduce cardiovascular events. Low molecular weight heparin is widely used anticoagulant drugs in clinical practice. It has functions of anticoagulant, antithrombotic and anti-atherosclerosis. It mainly acts by inhibiting the formation of thrombin and has obvious thrombolytic effect. In our hospital from September 2000 to December 30 cases of subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin in patients with subcutaneous ecchymosis were analyzed and summarized.
