国内许多企业为了实现物资采购管理的规范化,采取招标采购的方式进行物资采购。有效合理运用招标采购,实现物资采购的透明化,降低了发生违规行为的概率,就采购成本的降低及控制,具有重大的现实意义。
Many domestic enterprises in order to achieve the standardization of material procurement management, procurement by way of bidding material procurement.
